The story of Juvenile Justice takes us straight to the courtroom and we find a very dominating judge Eun Seok. In the new position, Eun Seok is accompanied by Cha Tae Joo, another juvenile cases judge. The two have very distinct mindsets. On one hand, Eun Seok is eager to put all teens into detention centers while Tae Joo is calmer and of forgiving nature. He believes that every juvenile has the right to another chance.
