T-ara is a Kpop band that actually is a clipped form of the word “Tiara”. The four girls are eager to be the queens of Kpop. One left, the other joined and it was hard to know who is settled and who would leave. Under MBK Entertainment, the band initially debuted with 5 members in 2009. Jiae and Jiwon left soon after the first album because of some personal reasons. Basically, their nature and style couldn’t align with the other members. In 2010, instead of two, three girls namely Boram, Soyeon, and Qri joined the group. Now the group had 6 girls. The group was now expanded with the addition of Hwayoung in the same year. T-ara having 7 members was big news and they began climbing the stairs of success. Then, it was rumored that Ahreum and Dani would join the group too but later they were designated to T-ara N. A nine member group was unimaginably big for Kpop at that time. Unfortunately, by 2017 Hwayoung, Ahreum, Boram, and Soyeon left.

By 2018, all remaining girls ended their contracts with MBK Entertainment. Nothing was clarified as all members signed contracts with different companies. We thought we’d never see the girls in this band united again. But, on November 15, 2021, the girls made a comeback. Now, the members of the band are working diligently to impress Kpop fans around the world. Qri, Eunjung, Hyomin and Jiyeon have come a long way but they have a lot more ahead of them. Qri

Qri’s real name is Lee Ji Hyun and she leads the band. Her angelic voice mesmerizes everyone and thankfully, Qri is the sub-vocalist in T-ara. Apart from singing, the girl has been in many dramas as well. During the break from music, Qri opted for acting. By the way, she is a huge dog lover and has adopted five different breeds. Qri is fond of befriending and has many pals in and out of the industry. She is more interested in living an independent and busier life. Qri even has her own jewelry brand with the name “Qri el”. She loves to stay busy and is interested in fun and risks.

Eunjung

Eunjung is a major in Performing Arts and has always been interested in the entertainment industry. It is hard to take eyes off her.
